New York meet-up

Mandana Chaffa, who convenes and moderates ModPo meet-ups in New York City, wrote this about the meet-up this past weekend: “The stellar NYC autumn day—as rare a sighting as an on-time subway—was outmatched, as ever by the brilliance of THIS— group. From left to right: Rosa (from Germany!), Pat, me, Simone, Wendy, Colleen, Nadia (from Rochester) and Eric.  Somehow we were able to discuss This, I Married, Second Person, From the Other Side of Night and Disillusionment of Ten O’Clock.
