SloPo ModPo webcast – March 22, 2022
We will be hosting a special off-season (“SloPo” season) live interactive webcast. Laynie, Gabi, Kate, Camara, Knar, Amber Rose, Lily, Ali and Davy—and perhaps others too—will join me and YOU too for an informal, improvised conversation about two poems. And of course Zach and Chris will be there to make the whole thing technically possible.
The webcast will begin at 10:30 AM Philadelphia time. It will be streamed on YouTube HERE.
We will talk about several short sections of Harryette Mullen’s “Urban Tumbleweed” and then we’ll discuss Joanne Kyger’s poem “Notes from the Revolution.” See below for details and links to the poems.
Our discussions will be edited and then added to the ever-growing ModPoPLUS syllabus.
