“How to do ModPo,” by a long-time ModPo regular

Our most active Community TA (CTA), Anthony Watkins, has posted to LinkedIn a very helpful guide to ModPo. It’s called “How to do ModPo.” You can find and read it by clicking HERE.

ModPo is a sprawling metropolis of poetry, the basic course is a ten week intensive course looking at how we got here. From our godmother and godfather of modern poetry, Emily Dickinson and Walt Whitman (hereafter referred to as ED and WW) all the way to poets who are cutting the modern edge of what is today’s poetry. Two things first: 1)Do it your way. 2)You do not have to complete the course, (nor do you ever have to like all the poets.)
