New poem & video: Rae Armantrout’s “Speech Acts”

We have added a new poem & video to the ModPoPLUS syllabus for week 2 (Dickinsonians and Whitmanians). The poem is Rae Armantrout’s “Speech Acts.” During the poet’s visit to the Kelly Writers House (to join a ModPo live webcast and to give a reading from her new poetry), Al Filreis sat down with her in the KWH kitchen and talked about this new poem.
