Live collaborative close reading of Wallace Stevens’s “The Snow Man”
On Thursday, January 28, at 6:00 PM (ET), Kelly Writers House Faculty Director & ModPo founder Al Filreis will lead a collaborative close reading of Wallace Stevens’s poem “The Snow Man” — and you are invited! Every January for almost 20 years, Writers House has hosted our MIND OF WINTER program, an opportunity to gather together (virtually) against the cold, through poetry, meaning-making, and community. We hope you’ll join us!

MIND OF WINTER described:
In January of every year, the Writers House Planning Committee embraces the post-holiday doldrums with a celebration of winter’s comforts, inspired by Wallace Stevens’s chilly poem, “The Snow Man.” This year we will be doing a collaborative close reading of the poem on Zoom.
